Our culture of collaboration is one of WEHI's greatest strengths. Since our earliest years we’ve been building a strong record of successful collaborative projects with private and public partners.

These partnership opportunities, within the Parkville health precinct and now beyond to national and international organisations, offer valuable avenues for us to further our research and translate our discoveries into benefits for patients.

Progress through partnership

With our network of stakeholders we are building a vibrant medical research and education community spanning patient advocacy, business and industry groups, the Victorian and Australian Governments, philanthropic organisations, The University of Melbourne, schools, health care bodies and the community.

WEHI is located in the heart of the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, home to more than 30 hospitals, research, teaching and biotechnology organisations. Together the precinct partners have established a reputation as Australia’s, and one of the world’s, leading biomedical precincts.
